Innovation Process

At Andermatt Biocontrol Suisse, our established innovation management contributes to our future success. We focus our efforts on advancing in three key directions:

Optimisation of the production processes

Our goal is to continuously improve the cost-effectiveness of our products through efficient, environmentally and employee-friendly production processes. We achieve this with the help of our internal lean management system.

Improvement of our baculovirus products

The needs of our customers drive us to constantly develop our products, their areas of application, and handling. This ensures that our baculovirus products meet the highest quality standards.

Development of new innovative plant protection products

Through close collaboration with our Swiss and international colleagues within the Andermatt Group, as well as farmers, advisors, technical experts, and research institutes, we identify new needs and develop innovative solutions based on our extensive experience, specialist knowledge, and the latest methodologies.
