Our baculovirus products are produced in living insects. The larvae are infected with a specific baculovirus, which then replicates within them. After a certain period, the baculovirus is harvested from the larvae, and the product is formulated. Following rigorous quality control, the product is bottled and prepared for shippment to our customers.

Strict Quality Control

Each batch produced undergoes a stringent quality control procedure, which includes:

  • Bioassays to assess activity
  • Baculovirus particle counting
  • Contaminant screening
  • Testing of physical and chemical properties
